Farm Fresh Deviled eggs

This farm fresh twist will have you completely rethinking deviled eggs. These are so good, I just have them around as my afternoon snack, or include them in my lunch.

What you need:

  • 12 hard boiled pasture raised eggs

  • dijon mustard

  • homemade or avocado oil mayonnaise

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar or pickle juice

  • orange marmalade or apricot jam

  • Green onions or chives

Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them in half. Shell out the hard yolk and put them into a bowl. Then mix all ingredients above together. Fill the hollow egg white with the egg yolk mixture and top with chives. Serve!
