Easy Mustard Chicken and Greens

Ingredients:

Chicken Thighs

Olive or Avocado Oil

Paprika Powder

Cayenne Pepper

Cumin Powder

Dark Chili Powder

Salt

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder or use fresh garlic

Apple Cider Vinegar

Dijon Mustard Grains

Yellow Mustard Grains

Maple Syrup

  1. Mix chicken thighs with all spice ingredients and olive/avocado oil in a large bowl. Once mixed, place chicken thighs on a oven dish, and place in the over or air-fryer. Broil for 8 minutes on each side.

  2. Once broiled on each side, rub apple cider vinegar, dijon and yellow mustard, and maple syrup on chicken thighs. Broil again for 2 minutes on each side.
